7/01/2023 The purpose of this required tariff filing is to establish a new tariff schedule, Schedule 141LNG – Liquefied Natural Gas Rate Adjustment, which will allow PSE to recover the capital costs related to the Tacoma LNG Facility through a new tariff schedule, in compliance with the requirement in the Commission’s Order. Rates under this tariff schedule are proposed to begin on November 1, 2023.

5/03/2024 5/10/2024 On April 24, 2024, the Commission issued its Final Order 07 in Docket UG-230393 in which PSE proposed to recover the costs of the development, construction, and operation of the Tacoma LNG Facility. PSE submits this compliance filing by revising the originally filed natural gas tariff sheets to implement the directives of the Order. Overall, this compliance filing reflects a combined revenue requirement of $42.5 million and an average increase of 3.08 percent in overall bills for all customers affected by these tariff changes. A typical residential customer using 64 therms per month would experience an increase of $2.73 per month or 2.86 percent.

4/8/2024 5/10/2024 The purpose of this filing is to revise the Special Term and Conditions section of Schedule 111, clarifying that the amount of the non-volumetric monthly State Carbon Reduction Credit shall not exceed a customer’s total monthly State Carbon Reduction Charge amount billed for Schedules 16, 23, 31, and 31T beginning July 1, 2024.
